Selection Tools Overview:
Selection tools play a key role in Photoshop. We use
selection tools to select part or all of the images. We can divide the selection
tools into the following types. These are Move Tool, Marquee Tools, Lasso
Tools, Quick Selection Tools which are also selection tools.
We have four selection tools in total:
Move tool
Marquee tools
Lasso Tools
Quick selection tools
Move Tool:
Using this tool you can select the whole object and move,
resize, and rotate. You can select or deselect an object using this tool.
Artboard tool:
Using this tool we can easily change the document size after
working without taking the document once. The work we do is not lost and there
are no such changes.
Marquee tools:
Marquee tools have a total of four types. The second is the
elliptical marquee tool which selects the part of the image in the form of a
circle, the third is the single row marquee tool which creates a line, and the
fourth single color marquee tool which also creates a line.
Lasso Tools:
Lasso Tools These are also selection tools Lasso Tool can be
selected as we like Free Form, Secondly Polygonal Lasso Tool It can be selected
as Straight Select as Etina Straight, Third Magnetic Lasso Tool Automatically
Polarizing Image Edge and Selecting The two must meet.
Quick Selection Tools:
Object Selection Tool:
In Photoshop these are beautiful tools. Added object
selection tool in Photoshop CC 2020. You can use this tool to simply remove the
background. This tool allows you to select an object with one click.
Quick Selection Tool:
You can select an image or object very fast using this tool.
The selection can be done by dragging the tool around the object.
Magic Wand Tool:
The single color background of the image can be removed using
this tool.
Keyboard Shortcuts for Selection Tools:
We can select another tool that is hidden in the tools, one
is to click directly on the tool and the other is to select without clicking on
the tool. For example, Lasso Tools shortcut key L The next tool is selected by
pressing Shift key + L on the keyboard to select another tool in it.
This shortcut works for every tool.
Note: When working with selection tools be sure to create
layers, otherwise they will be created directly in the background document.
